Our Venue is in Conway Flat which is just under 2 hours outside of Christchurch CBD, or 4 hours from Nelson
There are plenty of hotels/Airbnb options, if you wish to stay closer to the venue, Kaikoura & Cheviot are about 30minutes away from the venue.

If cost is an issue, or you do not want to drive, there will be camping allowed onsite for ease free of charge, please byo all camping gear & tents, Please let us know if you are planning on this as we will let the venue know prior.

Along with that, Te Mania Homestead offers glamping tents valued at $400 a night able to fit 2 people, fully equipped with everything needed. There are only 10 of these available, first come first serve, , please let us know in the RSVP if you would like to stay here and we will forward your details to Te Mania to get in touch and arrange this directly with you or otherwise we will let you know these are booked up so you can make other arrangements.
